You shall wake up early to a sumptuous breakfast, then proceed for a transfer to the park headquarters for briefing session and the gorilla family allocation in groups of 8 people. After you shall head into the forest search for mountain gorillas, the trek takes approximately 2 to 4 hours or more depending on the movement of the gorillas and where they spent their previous night.
Once you do locate the gorillas, you shall spend one hour with the gorillas observing them go on with their life in the forest, take as many photos as you may want as well as videos. After you shall trek back, and then return to the lodge to freshen up and them drive to the Rushaga Sector of Bwindi Impenetrable for an overnight at Ichumbi Gorilla Lodge.

Wake up early for breakfast, meet your driver and head to the park headquarter of Rushaga Sector for briefing about gorilla trekking dos and don’ts. Head into the forest searching for mountain gorillas. The trek takes approximately 2 to 5 hours or more depending on the movement of the gorillas and where they spent their previous night, with one hour of being in presence of the gorillas.
Return to your lodge for a short rest and freshening up. Later head to the Batwa Village for a cultural experience, giving you a deeper insight into the life of these former forest dwellers, be entertained by local dances and drama, interact with the community elders and taste some of their local meals. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay at Ichumbi Gorilla Lodge.

After breakfast, you will check out of your lodge and drive to Kibale Forest National Park via the Ishasha Sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park where you will see the rare tree climbing lions lounging on fig tree branches. Also, you will see several animals including elephants, buffaloes, gazelles, African wild dogs among others.
Enjoy lunch along the way as continue with your journey to Kibale Forest National Park, arriving in the evening, check in at your lodge for dinner and overnight stay at Kibale Forest Lodge.

Wake up early for breakfast, meet your driver guide and head to Kibale Forest for chimpanzee trekking. After briefing about chimpanzee trekking dos and don’ts, head into the forest searching for chimpanzees. The trek takes approximately 2 to 4 hours depending on the movement of the chimpanzees and spend one hour in their presence watching them go on with their life in the forest, observe them feed, groom and play.
Later return to your lodge for lunch and check in, then embark on a journey back to Entebbe were you will be dropped at the airport in time for your flight back home or to your next destination.
